Kinoko operates on a subscription tiered model, offering users a specified allocation of resources per month. Depending on the subscription tier, users are allotted a certain number of blocks, users for their farm, and sub-farms beneath their main farm. This model provides flexibility and scalability, allowing users to tailor their usage according to their needs while efficiently managing their resources within the platform.

In addition to its subscription tiers, Kinoko offers expansion packs enabling users to purchase additional mushroom blocks on a one-time basis. This feature proves invaluable when users find themselves in need of extra blocks but prefer not to upgrade to a higher subscription tier. It provides a convenient solution for addressing immediate needs without committing to long-term adjustments in their subscription plan.

Kinoko uses Stripe and Margot-Okapi to handle payments and subscriptions.
